I chose parsley; I bought some of that ‘growing parsley’ and now need to find space for it in the kitchen, but parsley is very good for you (and very friendly).   I served the parsley sauce with M&S smoked haddock fishcakes, mashed potatoes, baked beans, frozen spinach and frozen sweetcorn.  The children didn’t try the sauce, but Sam did like the fishcakes, so that is one to try again, and a good way to get him to try different types of fish.  I wasn’t sure that I would like the parsley sauce,  but I did.  Definitely worth making for things like fish pie and what have you.
