This recipe involved blanching cabbage leaves and making parcels of savoury mince, before cooking in a tomato sauce.  Well bugger that..

However, you can get stuffed vine leaves in a tin, so thought I’d give them a try.  I imagine there are lots of types, the ones we had were Turkish and came stuffed with a tasty rice filing. They are very nice (warmed up in the microwave), and go with other things to make a yummy lunch.
