The rubbing in part can be nice and relaxing. I used it to make a quiche lorraine; bacon, mushroom, mature cheddar, semi-skimmed milk, free range eggs, and cherry tomatoes, and I even had a loose bottomed flan tin (even if it was a bit too big for the recipe). It was absolutely fantastic. I served it with savoy cabbage, crinkle cut chips, and ketchup. John and Sam liked it too.
