A very straightforward stir-fry, using the best quality most expensive salmon fillet that Sainsbury’s could provide, with mangetout, baby corn cobs (neither of which I normally buy, but this was a nice treat), and broccoli and cauliflower.  No cornflour, no sherry.  Hannah and Sam declined the veg, but happily ate the noodles and salmon, we thought it very nice. I’m not sure I’ve had cauliflower in a stir fry before; it tastes very nice.
