I chose Tesco’s frozen tuna steaks, and used herbes de provence for the herbes.  I put the fish in the marinade before taking the children to school and let them help me wrap it in tin-foil parcels.  I served them with chips, peas, courgette (cooked with lemon juice and basil) and mayonnaise.  Sam ate his, and seemed to like it.  Hannah wouldn’t eat hers.  John and I thought it was extremely delicious, and I said it was easy enough for a mid-week meal.
