which I used a couple of ounces of blue cheese that was lingering in the fridge; it may have been Shropshire blue, or Blacksticks blue. I made the mash, and John cooked pork and apple chipolatas and broccoli. Sam had the mash but without the cheese in it, Hannah decided to be fussy again. It actually tasted very nice. The cheese was quite strong; a little goes a long way, but it made an interesting variation.
