The garlic bulb covered in olive oil and roasted at 200 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes, and then all the cloves squeezed out, and mixed into the mashed potato. I cooked the mash, John cooked steak and mushrooms to go with. We fobbed the children off with beefburgers, in buns, with cheese. The mash was really nice; John said I could do it again.
