I used Maris piper potatoes and garlic and herb flavour boursin.  The recipe said to add an ounce of cream cheese, but for boursin mash, you can’t have too much.  It was still very tasty.  I served it with fishfingers, peas, sweetcorn, brussels sprouts and tomato ketchup. Hannah wouldn’t have the mash, Sam had it without the cheese in it.
