As in fresh coriander leaves, finally chopped and mixed through. I served it with sausages, baked beans, and ketchup, and John added pickle of some kind. I need to remember that turnip takes more cooking: it was cooked, but not all of it was soft enough for mashing. We don’t use turnip very often, but it’s nice. The coriander is a very good idea. Sam wouldn’t eat it because of the turnip, Hannah wouldn’t eat it because it was mash, John and I liked it well enough.
