Oh, look, I said, rice pudding!. I served it with an attempt at jerk chicken (too much jerk seasoning), and spinach. It took longer to cook than the recipe said, but the chicken took longer than the instructions on the packet, so that was okay. The rice dish was nice, and the beans lovely and soft, and nice tasting. Definitely worth knowing about.
