Raspberries, blueberries and strawberries; a mixture of orange juice (cheap longlife), apple juice (cheap longlife), water and lime juice (from a lime), with sugar and powdered gelatin, warmed to dissolve the gelatin; the rest of the juice-and-water mixture added to cool it down, and all poured over the fruit juice (when cold, so as not to cook the fruit).

Very nice. I’d be happy to make jelly with real fruit juice again.
