Unfortunately, the brown flour and my incompetence with fast-acting yeast, meant that the dough didn’t work very well and had to be rolled. As you can see, I can’t roll a neat circle, or a neat oblong.
This has home-made tomato sauce, probably a bit too thick, as the pizza became a bit soggy in the middle, mozzarella cheese from cow’s milk (whoops) and fresh basil. Hannah likes basil.
I was going to write about how it was named after a Queen who liked that the colours matched the flag of Italy. But it turns out that this story was maybe made up as a marketing ploy.
